Authentic Foods millet Flour is Non-GMO and is milled to a superfine flour to add more nutrition to all kinds of baked goods. The flour is easily digested with a tendency to be alkaline allowing the body to balance the natural tendency towards acidity. Millet flour is a natural good source of protein, essential amino acids, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium. The flour has a distinctive flavor and lends to a good "crumb' to cakes and cookies. It may also be added to batters for frying various poultry or red meat. To use millet flour for substitutions, it is best to start with a 3 to 1 ratio of gluten free flour to millet flour and then adjusting the taste and dough consistency.

Shipping Policy

All items are shipped by UPS, FedEx or US Postal within the United States except for Alaska and Hawaii and APO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and all foreign countries are shipped by United States Parcel Air. Charges for shipping within the United States is a flat fee of $15.00 for two or more items. Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, send us an email within 30 days of receipt of the product stating the reason for dissatisfaction at sales@authenticfoods.com. Refunds are made only on the price of the product plus applicable taxes. We will send you a full refund within seven business days. If the purchase was made with a credit card, your account will be adjusted within one billing cycle.
