Authentic Foods New Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix is simple to make creating a dough that rises and bakes to a tasty homemade pizza crust. You can prepare it in three simple steps. (1) Just add oil, water, yeast, mix, and set aside to rise for 30 minutes. (2) Roll the dough into a circular shape (3) Put on toppings, bake and serve. 1 package will make a 16 to18 inch pizza.

 

This mix is also great for making bread sticks, crackers and other baked goods.

I purchase this product from Authentic in bulk for my restaurant to make GF pizza and it is BY FAR THE BEST GF pizza dough out there. We get rave reviews from our customers on how soft the crust is and delicious. No cardboard crust here!! The mix is pretty good for most people watching ingredients, although yeast is needed. Make it in advance and allow to rehydrate well and then make the crust. I guarantee you will be happy with it!!

Title: Great Product
I purchased this before Christmas and have been pleasantly surprised. I have made pizza several times, and even made an apple pie pizza with it. Every time it turns out great. My husband, who is not on a GF diet, loves it, today he said "if you didn't tell someone it was gluten free they would never know!" I use a cast iron skillet to make my pizza and the bottom is always crispy, yet it is soft.
